Dorothy Purdum

Dorothy Jane Purdum (Krivosh), age 88, resident of Albuquerque, beloved mother and grandmother, was called to her eternal resting place on June 14, 2018.  Dorothy is survived by her three daughters, Holly Purdum and her fiancé, Larry Schmid, of Pinetop, AZ; Deborah Robinson of Albuquerque; and Shellie Jablonowski and her husband, Joseph, of Manassas, VA, and brothers Richard Krivosh and Clifford K. Krivosh of Maryland, and four grandsons; Roman Craig and Weston Martinez of Albuquerque, and Benjamin and Anthony Jablonowski of Manassas, VA.  She was preceded in death by her former husband of 32 years, Windsor Ray Purdum, and six siblings.

Dorothy was born in 1930 in Somerset, NJ and grew up in Baltimore, MD. She also lived in Sacramento, CA and Rome, NY.  An Albuquerque resident since 1993, she worked several years at Faith Comes by Hearing. Dorothy was an avid reader and letter-writer and used to play the piano, sing and dance.

The family requests that donations be made to the New Mexico Cancer Center Foundation in lieu of flowers.
