Andy Edward Silva age 62, a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on January 25, 2023. Andy is survived by his son, Zachary Dow; mother of his son, Reon Dow, siblings, Billy Silva and wife, Elaine, Tommy Higgins, Michelle Herbst and husband, John; his second mom, Peggy Presley; his long-time friends, Alfred Sandoval, including Bob, and Kirk Hagen. He was preceded in death by his parents, father, Eluvin Silva and Margie Ida Salazar, many extended family members, and many friends.
