Angelo Garcia

Angelo L. Garcia, age 52, born in Las Vegas, New Mexico, and resident of Albuquerque, passed away Friday, July 27, 2018.  Angelo is survived by his beloved wife, Celina Garcia; children, Lawrence Valdez, Adonis Garcia and fiancé, Desiree, Arissa Collins Gold and family; siblings, Gilbert Ortiz and wife, Lila, Lorraine Aguilar and husband, Jose Luis, Cathy Martinez and husband, David and Edmond Garcia; father-in-law, Rafael Chavez; mother-in-law, Gloria Chavez; brothers-in-law, Raul Chavez, Michael Chavez and wife, Brittany; sister-in-law, Monica Abeyta and husband, PJ; goddaughter, Sophia Chavez and Tristin Chavez, as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  Angelo was preceded in death by his parents, Lorenzo Garcia and Mary Herrera and his daughter, Alisha Garcia.

A visitation will be held Thursday, August 2, 2018 from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Gabaldon Mortuary, 1000 Old Coors Dr. SW with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m.; A final visitation will be held Friday, August 3, 2018 from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.  at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 5415 Fortuna Rd. NW with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 11:00 a.m.  Private interment will be held at a later date.

Pallbearers will be Tom Garcia, Michael Gomez, Michael Chavez, Raul Chavez, Don Padilla and P.J. Abeyta.  Honorary pallbearers will be Tristin Chavez, Frankie Acevedo Jr. and Duke.
