Armando Hernandez

Armando Hernandez was born on June 23, 1959 in El Paso, Texas and went with the angels to heaven on December 5, 2020. He was preceded in death by his parents Asención and Teresa A. Hernandez. He was a long time resident of Albuquerque and proudly graduated from Manzano High School. Armando loved music, dancing, enchiladas, menudo, tamales, sopapillas and sodas. He was always smiling, laughing and enjoining life. He regularly attended mass and had a deep fondness in communicating with the priests and deacons at every church he attended. He always looked forward to spending time with family and attending all family functions. Sadly, after Armando’s passing, his oldest brother Ubaldo Franco, Sr. passed away along with his wife Ruperta. He is survived by his siblings; brother, Bernardino Franco, Sr.; his sisters, Carolina Perez, Elva H. Franco and Margarita Rodriguez and husband Mario Rodriguez, and countless nephews, nieces and cousins.

We will deeply miss your smiling face, laughter and cool dance moves.

A Walk through Viewing will take place from 3:00 until 4:00pm on Thursday, January 7, 2021 in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9:00am on Friday, January 8, 2021 at Sacred Heart Church, with the burial to folow at Mount Calvary Cemetery.
