Arthur Julian Lopez Jr.

Arthur Julian Lopez Jr. age 88, passed away on February 9, 2025. Mr. Lopez is survived by his wife, Carol Lopez; children, Bill Powers and wife, Cindy, Caroline Gonzalez and husband, Steve; daughter in-law, Cyndy Lopez; grandchildren, David Lopez, Rebecca Powers and Cisco Gonzalez; siblings, Gilo Lopez, Ginger Luna, Loretta Chavez and husband, Robert, and Gilbert Lopez and wife, Helen; several nieces, nephews, and extended family members. He was preceded in death by his son Joey Lopez; mother, Mary Serrano; father, Arthur Lopez Sr.; brother, Tony Lopez. Mr. Lopez served his country proudly in the United States Army where he was honorably discharged. Rosary for Mr. Lopez will be recited at 8:15 a.m. on Monday, March 10, 2025 at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church 5415 Fortuna Rd. NW with Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 9:00 a.m. Burial will take place on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at the Santa Fe National Cemetery 501 N. Guadalupe St. in Santa Fe with military honors where he will be laid to rest.. in lieu of flowers please donate to ASPCA in his name.
