Augustine Gutierrez

Augustine (Lucky) S. Gutierrez, age 91, born in Bernalillo, New Mexico, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away, September 29, 2017. Mr. Gutierrez is survived by his partner of forty years, Pasty Lucero; sister-in-law, Lorraine Lucero; brothers-in-law, Joe Lucero, Manuel Lucero; niece, Liza Lucero; son, Walter Gutierrez; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, cousins, and friends. Mr. Gutierrez was preceded in death by his daughters, Pearl Gutierrez, Theresa Gutierrez; son, Augustine Gutierrez Jr.; brothers, Mel Gutierrez, and Juan Gutierrez. Visitation will be Tuesday, October 3, 2017, from 11:30 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel, 1000 Old Coors Drive S.W., with a Funeral Service at 12:00 p.m. officiated by Deacon Pablo LeFebre. Interment will follow at San Jose de Armijo Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Joe Lucero, Manuel Lucero, Antonio Benavidez, Antonito Benavidez, Robert Price, and Liza Lucero.
