Bennie Sanchez

Bennie B. Sanchez (Carrillo), age 79, born in Isleta, New Mexico and resident of Albuquerque, passed away Sunday, March 25, 2018.  Mrs. Sanchez is survived by her children, Robert Sanchez and wife, Dina, Susanna Drenes and husband, Peter, Sharon Sanchez, Eric Berkeley and Jessica Sierra; sisters, Catalina Padilla, Angie Marino, Shirley Carrillo; brothers, Carlos (Chalo) Carrillo, Santos Carrillo and wife, Mercy; grandchildren, Albert, Angelique, Sherilee, Marie, Amberlee and Savanna; eleven great-grandchildren and many other extended family and friends.  Mrs. Sanchez was preceded in death by her parents, Santos and Ascension Carrillo; husband, Joe Albert Sanchez; brothers, Lilo and Tito Carrillo and sisters, Jennie Baldonado and Maria Moya.

A visitation will be held Friday, April 6, 2018 from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Church of the Ascension, 2150 Raymac Rd. SW with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m.; a final visitation will be held Saturday, April 7, 2018 from 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at Church of the Ascension, 2150 Raymac Rd. SW, with Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Los Padillas Cemetery.
