Brian A. Amaya

Brian A. Amaya, age 29, a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on January 22, 2025. Brian is survived by his parents, Laura and Anthony Serna; father, Atanacio Amaya and wife, Silvia; daughter, Ahtziri Amaya; lifelong partner, Adanelly Aguilar; brother, Adrian Serna and wife, Abril; grandparents, Velia and Manuel Andrade and Lorraine Serna; grandmother, Ernestina Chavez de Amaya; aunts and uncles, Cesar Andrade and partner, Yessica, Miguel Andrade and wife, Veronica, Liliana Andrade and husband, Delfino Pedroza, Rosalba Landeros and husband, Mario, Cynthia Glas and husband, Scott; the Amaya Family; in-laws, the Aguilar Family and the Garcia Family. He was preceded in death by his uncles, Mark and Aaron Serna. Visitation will be held on Friday, January 31, 2025, at 9:00a.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church 309 Stover SW with a Rosary to be recited at 9:30 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. and burial will follow the services at Mount Calvary Cemetery located at 1900 Edith Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87102. Pallbeareres will be Adrian Serna, Christian Rubio, Angel Rivera, Levi Rolland, Miguel Andrande Jr., Alberto Landeros, and David Armenta.
