Carmel N. Quintana (Pa), age 81, born in Trementina, NM and a resident of Albuquerque, passed away at home with his family at his side. Mr. Quintana is survived by his beloved wife of sixty-two years, Viola; his daughter, Virginia Warren and husband, Brent; his son, Nick Quintana; brothers,  Fred Quintana, Paul Quintana and wife, Mary, and Transito Quintana and wife, Dolores;  grandchildren, Bill Apodaca and wife, Melissa, Nicole Warren, Dylan Warren,  Justin Quintana and wife, Tracy, Josh Quintana and wife, Britney, great-grandchildren, Diego, Mellery, Santiago, Nicco, Isiah, Gabriela, and Alijah;  several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  Mr. Quintana was preceded in death by his  son, Raymond Quintana; daughter, Pauline Quintana; sister, Maria Archuleta; and brothers, Alfonso Quintana, and Juan Quintana.  Visitation will be Friday,  July 08, 2016 at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 5415 Fortuna Rd. NW from 9:45 a.m. until 10:15 a.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 10:15 a.m.; Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. The family would like to thank Robin Miller, nurse and all of Presbyterian Hospice Staff.
