Carmen Woods, age 92, born in Hanover, New Mexico and a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on September 10, 2024. Carmen is survived by her daughter, Christina Wolfel, son, Ben Woods and wife, Debra, and daughter, Cynthia Anaya; ten grandchildren, Bernadette, Jason, Rachel, Richard Jr., Nathalie, Benjamin, Angelo, Toni, Jeannie, and Larry; twenty-one great-grandchildren, Mariah, Jordan, Isaiah, Jewel, Evan, Liliana, Julieanna, Haylie, Bella, Julian, Logan, Anthony, Isaac, Jordyn, Gabriel, Ezekiel, Isaiah, Gabriel, Trinity, Anessa, and Audriana; four great-great-grandchildren, Karina, Adalyn, Liam, and Layla; siblings, Sister Maria Celia, Celia, Ralph, Elias, and Margaret. She was preceded in death by her son in-law, Richard Wolfel, Grandson, Jerry Anaya, and brother, Simon Molina Jr. Visitation will be held in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel 1000 Old Coors Dr. SW on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at 6:30 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m. by Pat Muniz Roberts. Final visitation will be at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 19, 2024, with the Mass of the Resurrection to be celebrated at 11:30 a.m. at St. John Vianney Catholic Church 1001 Meteor Ave. in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. Interment will follow the Mass at San Jose de Armijo Cemetery 2957 Arenal Rd S.W Pallbearers will be, Angelo Woods, Randy Benavidez, Jason Wolfel, Richard Wolfel, Isaiah Anaya, Dennis Chavez. Honorary Pallbearer will be Gabriel Woods.
