Catherine “Cathy” Lukesh, age 72, born in Socorro, New Mexico and a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico passed away on March 13, 2024. Cathy is survived by her siblings, James Lukesh Jr. and wife, Sandra. Jonathan Lukesh and wife, Debra, Brenda Panas and husband, Billy; several nieces, nephews, and extended family. She was preceded in death by her parents, James William and Rosela Lukesh, and brother Robert Lukesh . Cathy worked as a Directory Assistance Operator at the Wellesley Office where she built great “Ma Bell” family friends who will miss her dearly. Visitation will be held at St. Edwin Catholic Church 2105 Barcelona Rd. SW on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 9:30 a.m. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow the services at Mt. Calvary Cemetery 1900 Edith Blvd NE. Pallbearers will be, Spencer Lukesh, EZ Panas, Joshua Panas , Matthew Lukesh, and Christopher Lukesh. Honorary Pallbearers will be Jericho Lukesh, Amanda Panas, Dawnielle Rodriguez, Cynthia Bohannon, Tyler Lukesh and Ryan Lukesh.
