Cecilia Marquez

Cecilia S. Marquez (Sanchez), age 85, born in Garfield, New Mexico and resident of Albuquerque, passed away Monday, October 29, 2018 with her family by her side.  Mrs. Marquez is survived by her husband, Juan Armijo Marquez; son, James Marquez; grandchildren, Jennifer Christine Marquez, Juan Anthony Marquez, Richard Montoya, Alex Duran, Nicole Jaramillo, Christopher Duran-Marquez; ten great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  Mrs. Marquez was preceded in death by her son, Juan Sanchez Marquez.

A visitation will be held Tuesday, November 6, from 8: 00 a.m. until 8:30 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, 562 Atrisco Dr. SW, with a Rosary to be recited at 8:30 a.m.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m.   Interment will follow services at Fairview Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Alex Duran, Christopher Duran-Marquez, James Marquez, Ivan Marquez, Victor Marquez and Geno Marquez.
