d. December 27, 2015 Chano Salazar, age 82, born in Cuba, NM and a resident of Albuquerque, passed December 27, 2015. Mr. Salazar is survived by his beloved wife of sixty-two years, Marcella; children, Louie Salazar and wife Carmen, Ernie Salazar and wife, Debbie, Robert Salazar, and Christine Salazar; grandchildren, Jennifer, Andres, Cassandra, Michael, and Brian; great-grandchidlren, Estevan, Mario, Giselle, Monae, and Elias; great great-grandchildren, Jiovanni, Eliana, and Lyla; brothers, Phillip Salazar and wife, Pat, and Daniel Salazar; sister, Rosemary Rohlfs and husband, Bob. Mr. Salazar was preceded in death by his sister, Katie Holguin; brother, Adolf Salazar; and granddaughter, Jemaine.  Chano was a member of the Los Madrugadores Golf Club, loving golfing and worked at Ladera Golf Course.  Visitation will be Wednesday, December 30, 2015 from 9:45 a.m. until 10:15 a.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 10:15 a.m.; Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of The Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 5415 Fortuna Rd. NW.  Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Michael Sullivan, Brian Sullivan, Estevan Salazar, Andres Salazar, Richard Rohlfs, and Dean Holguin.
