Charles E. Sanchez, age 83 born in, Albuquerque, New Mexico passed away Thursday, March 16, 2017, with his family by his side. Mr. Sanchez is survived by his wife, Dolores Sanchez; children, George Sanchez, Geneva Sanchez – Duran and husband, Steve, Charles G. Sanchez and wife, Denise, David A. Sanchez and wife, Miryam, Sarah E. Sanchez, Yolanda F. Sanchez; sisters, Rosie Serna, and Mary Lou Saavedra and husband, Felix; brothers, Eusebio Sanchez Jr., Paul Sanchez and wife, Pat, Johnny Sanchez and wife, Sandra; fifteen grandchildren; twenty- eight great-grandchildren and three on the way; brother-in-law, Juan (Johnny) Martinez; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mr. Sanchez was preceded in death by his parents, Eusebio and Emma Sanchez; sisters, Lucy Tafoya and Emily Martinez; brother, Willie and wife, Josephine Sanchez; special aunt, Frances Gonzales; and daughters- in-law, Sabrina and Kathy Sanchez. Visitation will be Monday, March 20, 2017 from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at St. Anne Catholic Church, 1400 Arenal Road SW; with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m.  Final visitation will be Tuesday, March 21, 2017 from 8:30 a.m until 9:00 a.m. with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. at St. Anne Catholic Church. Interment will follow at San Jose de Armijo Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Gilbert Sanchez, Carlos Limon, Estrella Lujan, Jonathan Sanchez, Estevan Sanchez, and Elias Sanchez. Honorary pallbearers will be Georgeanna Burch, Domonique Limon, Mitchell Holland, Ydiana Sosa, and Steven Duran Jr.
