Desiderio D. Garcia, age 35, born in Albuquerque, NM, passed away Sunday, February 12, 2017. Desiderio is survived by his mother, Yvonne Garcia and Lonnie Cordova; father, Desi Garcia and Christine Gabaldon; children, Miguel Graston, Desi Garcia III, and Azlyn Garcia; sister, Jacqueline Garcia and Paul Carriaga; brother, Justin Garcia and Jennifer Tapia; and nephew, Brody Michael Garcia. Desiderio was a veteran of the United States Air Force serving with the tactical aircraft maintenance, F-15 apprentice. Visitation will be Friday , February 17, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. at  Holy Ghost Catholic Church, 927 Arizona St SE, Albuquerque, NM 87108 with a Rosary to be recited at 9:30 a.m; Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m.  Interment will follow at Mount Calvary Cemetery.   Pallbearers will be Nicholas Baca, Richard Baca, Paul Carriaga, Chris Contreras, Justin Garcia, and Randy Mark Garcia.  Honorary Pallbearers will be David Joseph Quesada, Anthony Garcia, Scott Forrester, Ata Bahadir and Willie Sprunk.
