Diana Cordova, age 66, born in Santa Fe, New Mexico, the firstborn fraternal twin (by minutes) on September 24, 1955 and a resident of Albuquerque, NM for the past six years relocating from her home in Arvada, CO, passed away peacefully at home on Thursday, April 14th, 2022. Diana is survived by her husband, Eddie "Sonny" Cordova, and children, Annabella (spouse Brian), Eddie (Spouse Kiffany), Veronica, and grandchildren; Adam, Maelynn, Eddie Jr., Micaiah, Ricky, Nick, and Timothy; 2 brothers and 4 sisters, and numerous brother and sister in-laws, nieces and nephews. Diana was preceded in death by her parents, Mateo and Mela Armijo, and her twin brother, Raymond Armijo.
Diana was a devout Catholic and daughter of God, she prayed vigorously for her children, grandchildren, and loved ones in need and was pure of heart. She took pride in being a twin and having twin intuition, which was uncannily precise. She loved listening to Elvis, collecting turtle figurines, playing the slot machines at the casinos (and was always lucky), and spending time with her black cat, Ms. B.. Diana always had a kind word for others and was the type of person who strangers felt safe opening up their entire lives to. She was blessed to visit Hawaii multiple times in her life and fell more in love with each visit. She touched the lives of many and will be dearly missed.
