d. November 25, 2015   Eloisa Luna, age 89, born in Manzano, NM and a resident of Albuquerque, was  good and faithful servant to her Lord, Jesus Christ, went home to her maker, Wednesday, November 25, 2015.  Eloisa’s legacy continues with her children, Theresa Sandoval, Michael Luna and wife, Diane, and David Luna; grandchildren Anthony Luna and wife, Danyeil, Carmel Sandoval, Michael Luna Jr., Louise Luna, Desiree Sandoval Hanchar and husband, Jacob, Alexandra Luna, and Vanessa Luna Baird and husband, Sean; great grandchildren, Andrew, Julian, Roman, Kathryn, Gaius, Valentina, Lucius, Tiberius, Penelope and Audrey; sisters, Delfinia, Esther, Peggy, Gabie, Lupe, and Sally; brother,  Abe;  and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Eloisa was preceded in death by her adoring husband of 31 years, Joe Luna; her son, Orlando Luna; her parents,  Zenon and Mercedes Herrera; brothers, Samuel, Gavino, Juan, Delfin, Ramon and Mark; sisters Anna Jensen and baby Gabie.  Eloisa was a devoted wife and much loved mother, auntie, grandmother, and great grandmother. A long standing member of Holy Family Church and The Order of the Daughters of the King, Eloisa dedicated her life to serving her family, church and community.  She was a woman who always opened her heart, home, and kitchen to anyone in need of a warm meal or place to stay.  Eloisa was a steadfast companion and caretaker to her husband during his time of sickness.  Visitation will be Monday, November 30, 2015 from 10:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m.  at Holy Family Church, 562 Atrisco Dr. SW, with a Rosary at 10:30 a.m.;  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at  11:00 am.  Interment will follow at Mt.
