Ethel Shields

Ethel Marie Shields age 95, born in Acoma Pueblo, New Mexico and a resident of Acoma Pueblo, passed away on October 16, 2021. Mrs. Shields is survived by her children, Jose Sanchez, and wife Cheryl, Donna Bennett and husband, George, Fred Shields, Charmae Natseway and husband, Thomas, Don Shields, and wife, Judy, Jack Shields and wife, Mae, Chris Shields and wife, Michelle, Isaac Shields and wife, Kim; one sister, Marie Juanico; one brother, Hubert Sanchez and wife, Dale; twelve grandchildren; nineteen great- grandchildren and many great-great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews cousins, and friends. Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 21, 2021, at 5:00p.m. at St Anne Mission Church in Acomita with a Rosary to be recited at 6:00 p.m. Mass of the Resurrection will be held on Friday October 22, 2021, at 10:00 a.m. also at St. Anne Mission church. Interment will follow Mass at the McCarty’s Cemetery.
