Ezekiel (Zeke) G. Sanchez, age 87, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away Monday, February 22, 2016. Mr. Sanchez is survived by his beloved wife of sixty-four years,  Stella; daughters, Therese Jonte and husband, Bob, Jeanne  Espalin and husband Rick, and Lisa Sanchez; grandchildren, Steven, Michael, Nick, Rick, Daniel, Zeke, Vincent, and Valerie;  great- grandchildren, Desi, Sean, Emily, Tyler, Richard, Brandon, Dean, Raquel, Zayra, Chloe, Makaelah, Nadia, and little Zeke; great-great-grandchildren, Ezakiah and Malaki; sister in law, Annie McAfee and husband, Joe; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  Zeke was a Veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during the Korean Conflict and the New Mexico Army National Guard.   Visitation will be  Sunday, February 28, 2016 from 1:30 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel with a Rosary to be recited at 2:00 P.M.  Final visitation will be Monday, February, 29, 2016 from 12:30 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 5415 Fortuna Rd. NW with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 1:00 p.m.  Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Steven, Michael, Nick, Rick, Daniel, Zeke, Vincent, and Valerie.
