Fatima Valdez

Fatima Angel Valdez (Lucero) (52) of Albuquerque, NM passed away on January 3, 2021 with her love Jose at her side. She was born on May 27, 1968 in Albuquerque, NM to Joe and Erlinda Lucero. She is survived by her companion Jose Huerta of Albuquerque, NM. One granddaughter Alize Valdez and one great-granddaughter Kiara Jiron. Siblings: Elizabeth Lucero, Joe Lucero (companion Kathy), Roberta Martinez (husband Tony), Sister-n-law Lorrie Lucero, David Sedillo (wife Shannon) Nephews: Andoquio, Ruben, Larry, and Jose. Nieces: Sapphire, Felisha and Jeweliana; many great- nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. She is preceded in death by her brother Raymond Lucero, son Joseph Moya and nephew John Baca-Chavez.

Services will be held on January 19, 2021 at 9:00 am at Sacred Heart Church in Albuquerque, NM. Burial will follow church service at Mount Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers: Joe Lucero, Andoquio Lucero, Larry Martinez, Abran Huerta, David Sedillo, and Manuel Leyba. Honorary pallbearers: Ruben Moya, Tony Martinez.
