CEBADA, GERALD B., age 60, born in Salt Lake City, UT, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away Tuesday, June 24, 2014.  Gerald is survived by his beloved wife of forty years, Bennita; daughter, Virginia Cebada and fiance, Jude Sanchez; son, Thomas Gerald Cebada; great-grandmother, Rosario Benavidez; grandchildren, Ruby B. Cebada and Roberto (R.J.) Santiago; sisters, Delilah Padilla and Veronica Pacheco; brothers, Randy Cebada and Steve Cebada; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  Gerald was preceded in death by his father, Eloy & Ruby Cebada; mother, Martha Benavidez; grandmother, Veronica Crespin; grandfather, Eusebio Benavidez. Visitation will be Friday, June 27, 2014 from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Church of the Ascension Catholic Church, 2150 Raymac SW with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m.  Final visitation will be Saturday, June 28, 2014 from 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at the Church with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m.  Interment will follow at the Los Padillas Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Roberto (R.J.) Santiago, Alex Jaramillo Jr., Jude Sanchez, Eric Montoya, Navar Vijil, and Joshua Coleman.  Honorary pallbearers will be Steve Cebada and Vince Apodaca.
