Gilbert Cordova

Gilbert Cordova, age 71, lifelong resident of Albuquerque, passed away Thursday, September 19, 2019.  Mr. Cordova is survived by his wife of forty-eight years, Eusebia; children, Gilbert Cordova Jr. and wife, Martha, Gabriel Cordova and wife, Jennifer, Mary Jane Cordova and companion, Jared, Greg Cordova; grandchildren, Isaiah, Samantha, Gilbert, Ricardo, Briella, Alayah, Yara; siblings, Salomon Cordova and wife, Linda, Dionila Romero and husband, Joe, Mary Bachicha and husband, Adolph, Cathy Baca and husband, Louie, Cecilia Cordova and husband, Dan; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  Mr. Cordova was preceded in death by his parents, Agapito and Juanita Cordova and several brothers and sisters.Mr. Cordova was a Vietnam Veteran serving in the United States Army.

A visitation will be Monday, September 30, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. at San Martin de Porres Catholic Church 8321 Camino San Martin SW with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m.;  A final visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 1, 2019 at San Martin de Porres Catholic Church, with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Committal Service will follow at 1:30 p.m. at  Santa Fe National Cemetery .

Pallbearers will be Isaiah Cordova, Gilbert Cordova, Marcus Romero, Paul Barajas, Patrick Barajas, Marcus Torres, Fernando Bachicha and Jared Packer.
