Grace Molina Montoya

Grace Molina Montoya, age 92, lifelong resident of Albuquerque, went to heaven to be with our Lord on Tuesday, March 26, 2019.  Grace is survived by her children, Rebecca Luna, Irene Montoya, Steve Montoya and wife, Sarah, Joseph Montoya and wife, Maryann, Charles Montoya and wife, Linda; ten grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren; a special friend, Alice Padilla and niece, Colleen Montoya and husband, Chris De La Torre.

Grace was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Benito C. Montoya; daughter, Peggy Montoya Fernandez; and grandson, Damian R. Montoya.  Grace most enjoyed being surrounded by family and friends. She was outgoing and had a wonderful laugh, often joking around to make others smile.

A visitation will be Tuesday, April 2, 2019 from 8:00 a.m. until 8:20 a.m. at St. Anne Catholic Church, 1400 Arenal Rd. SW.  with a Rosary to be recited at 8:20 a.m.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m.  Interment will follow at Pajarito Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Jonathan Montoya, Edward Montoya, Charles Montoya, Thomas Ortega Jr., Thomas Ortega III, and Troy Alwin.  Honorary pallbearer will be Alfred P. Peña.
