Henry Coriz

d. December 27, 2015Henry Ramon Coriz, age 53, born in Santa Fe, New Mexico and a resident of Albuquerque, was surrounded by his loving family when he was called to be with Our Lord, Sunday, December 27, 2015. Henry is survived by his wife of twenty years, Yvonne; children, Jared Coriz, Jordan Coriz, Mollie Coriz, Sean Coriz;  siblings, Ernestine (Tina) Rael and husband, Robert (Bobby),  Marian Coriz and husband, James Payne, Robert Coriz and wife, Kelly, Arlene Coriz, Jerome Coriz and partner, Bobby Trujillo; father in law and mother in law, Seferino and Elsie Chavez; sister in law, Yvette and husband, Mark; brother in law, Martin; numerous nieces nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and countless family and friends. Henry was preceded in death by his parents, Ramon and Mollie Coriz.  Henry loved camping, hunting, fishing and spending time with his family and friends. Growing up in Santa Fe, he was a devoted member of the SF Boy's Club. Henry began his career working in the medical supply field at an early age.  With hard work and determination he became a well-known and highly respected Director of Operations for an Albuquerque medical supply company. Visitation will be Sunday, January 3, 2016 from 4:30 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. at Church of the Ascension Catholic Church, 2150 Raymac Rd. S.W. with a Rosary to be recited at 5:00 p.m. Final visitation will be Monday, January 4, 2016 at the Church from 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Pajarito Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Jordan Coriz, Jared Coriz, Sean Coriz, Robert Coriz, Jerome Coriz, and Jacob Sorrell.
