Joan Georgina Anderson

Joan Georgina Anderson (Padilla), age 83, born in San Pedro, New Mexico and a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on October 31, 2023. Joan is survived by her children, daughter, Linda Anderson, daughter, Valerie Anderson, son Troy Anderson and wife Christine, daughter, Phyllis Pohl and husband Steven, and son, Stanley Anderson; brother, Arthur Padilla, special granddaughter, Melanie Anderson and her children, Jazmine Gutierrez, Jacob Gutierrez, and Jude Chavez; grandson, Ramon Anthony Trujillo, granddaughters Felecia and Stephanie Pohl, grandsons, Adrian Anderson, Andrew Anderson, Adam Anderson, Aaron Anderson and granddaughter, Alyssa Anderson; great-granddaughters, Jaylynn Trujillo, Brianna Marquez, and Destine Torres; great-great granddaughter, Elaina Laylarose Lee. She was preceded in death by her parents, Sigfredo and Erlinda Padilla, grandson, Johnny Trujillo, and sister, Martha Chavez. A visitation will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church 562 Atrisco Dr. SW on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, at 10:00a.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 10:30 a.m. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m.  Interment will follow the services at Mt. Calvary Cemetery 1900 Edith Blvd NE.  Pallbearers will be, Jon Vega, Ramon Anthony Trujillo, Jacob Gutierrez, Jude Chavez, Frankie Chavez, and Alfonso Gonzales.
