John Vigil

John A. Vigil, age 76, born in Torreon, New Mexico and resident of Albuquerque passed away Saturday, November 11, 2017 with his family by his side.  Mr. Vigil is survived by his children, Lily Montoya and husband, Andrew, Juan Vigil and Stacy Lagunas, Loren Vigil and wife, Sonya, Vincent Vigil and wife, Janice, Alan Vigil, Tyrene Herrera; sisters, Mary Baca, Lydia Gonzales and Gloria Delgado and husband, Hector; brother Boney Vigil and wife, Dee; thirteen grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  Mr. Vigil was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Frances and his brother-in-law, Joseph Herrera. Visitation will be Thursday, November 16, 2017 from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, 562 Atrisco Dr. SW, with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m.  A final visitation will be held Friday, November 17, 2017 from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, 562 Atrisco Dr. SW, with a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 11:00 a.m.
Pallbearers will be Justin Vigil, Andy Montoya, Loren Vigil Jr., Pepper Vigil, Atom Vigil and Christian Cramberg.  Honorary Pallbearer will be Vincent Vigil Jr.
