Jose Limon

Jose A. Limon, age 81, born in Belen, New Mexico and resident of Albuquerque, passed away Sunday, October 7, 2018.  Mr. Limon is survived by his children, Teri Salazar and husband, Leonard, Jose A. Limon Jr. and wife, Janice, Arthur G. Limon and wife, Dolores, Denise P. Neff and husband, Robert, Vincent S. Limon and wife, Donna; step-children, Julie Schobey, Rebecca Gomez, Thomas (Pino) Schobey, Glenn A. Schobey and girlfriend, Sandra (Shorty) Chavez who was Jose’s loving care taker whom he called, “Mi Hita;” twenty-five grandchildren; twenty-seven great-grandchildren; sisters, Christine Limon and Irene Flores.

A visitation will be held Thursday, October 11, 2018 from 9:00 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. at Saint Edwin Catholic Church, 2105 Barcelona Rd. SW, with a Rosary to be recited at 9:30 a.m., Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. with interment to follow services at Mount Calvary Cemetery, 1900 Edith Blvd.

Pallbearers will be Vicente Limon, Dominic Limon, Carlos Limon, Anthony Chavez, Andrew Limon and Philip Gonzales.  Honorary pallbearers will be Mathew Gonzales and Felicity Salazar.
