Jose M. Carbajal, age 95, born in Casas Grande, Chihuahua, Mexico and a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on June 17, 2023. Jose is survived by his wife of seventy-five years, Socorro Gonzalez; children, Gerardo Carbajal, Jose Luis Carbajal and wife, Lupe, Maricruz Montano and husband, Eloy, Armando Carbajal and wife, Sharon Butler, Patricia Cruz and husband, Chris, Rufino Carbajal, Monica Carbajal- Saez and husband, Daniel, and Connie Courtney; twenty-four grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; eleven great-great-grandchildren; siblings, Rufino Carbajal and Gloria Terrazas. He was preceded in death by his three sons, Javier Carbajal, Jesus Carbajal, and Pedro Carbajal; grandsons, Benjamin Montano, and Eric Montano. Visitation will be held at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church 5415 Fortuna Rd NW on Monday, June 26, 2023, at 6:30 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00p.m. by Los Hermanos. Mass of the Resurrection will be celebrated on Tuesday, June 27, 2023, also at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow the Mass at Sunset Memorial Park Cemetery 924 Menual Blvd NE. Pallbearers will be Adrian Tenorio, Leo Sandoval, Jerry Carbajal, Jesus Rivas, Pete Carbajal, Francisco Carbajal. Honorary Pallbearers will be Max Carbajal, Gerardo Carbajal Jr, and Jesus Carbajal.
