Joseph (Joe Bear) Christopher Demecio Valdez, age 36, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away Saturday, December 17, 2016. Joe is survived by his mother, Eileen Valdez; brother, Richard L. Valdez and wife, Maria; grandmother, Olivia Valdez; nieces and nephews,  Kobe, Mariano, Shawntal, and Anthony; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.    Joe was preceded in death by his father, Ted Valdez.   Visitation will be Thursday, December 22, 2016 from 6:30 p.m.  until 7:00 p.m. at St. Anne Catholic Church, 1400 Arenal Rd. SW with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m.  Final visitation will be Friday, December 23, 2016 from 8:30 a.m. until 9:00 a.m.  with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at St. Anne Catholic Church, 9:00 a.m.  Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Frank Lovato, William Alderete, Nick Espinosa, Kobe Valdez, Gabriel Ortiz, Mark Padilla, Robert Romero, and Efren Hernanez.
