Juan DeLeon

Juan DeLeon, age 81, born in San Angelo, Texas and resident of Albuquerque, passed away Thursday, January 11, 2018 with his family by his side.  Mr. DeLeon is survived by his children, Ponce DeLeon and wife, Diana, Sylvia Stark and husband, Paul, Manuel DeLeon, Carmen DeLeon, Victoria Montoya and husband, Mike Nelson, Francesca Colon-Rosa and husband, Jorge; siblings, Trinidad Longoria, Angelita Vasquez and husband, Robert, Maria Ramirez and husband, Raul, Enrique DeLeon; twenty grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren; sister-in-laws, Linda DeLeon, Irene DeLeon, Theresa Romero and husband, Flavio; and his dog, Jack whom he loved dearly.   Mr. DeLeon was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Rita and his brothers, Pancho, Cheche, Chuey, Manuel and Ricardo.

A visitation will be held Tuesday, January 16, 2018 from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, 562 Atrisco Dr. SW with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m.;  a final visitation will be held Wednesday, January 17, 2018 from 8:30 a.m. until 9:00 a.m.,  Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. with interment to follow at Pajarito Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be James Montoya, Chris Montoya, Estevan Stark, Manuel Juan DeLeon, Alejandro Reyes and Juan Pablo Reyes.  Honorary Pallbearers will be Elias Maldonado and Estevan Reyes.
