    Juanito (Johnnie) M. Saiz, age 87, born in San Acacia, NM and a resident of Albuquerque, NM passed away Tuesday, February 10, 2015, at home with his family at his side. Mr. Saiz is survived by his wife of sixty-six years, Rose; children, Jerry Saiz and wife, Roberta, Cathy Saiz, and Prescilla Saiz; sisters, Novie Benavidez, Georgia Peralta, and Marcella Chavez; brother, Toby Saiz and wife, Polly; grandchildren, Jessica LaCour and husband, Matthew, Melanie Padilla, Patricio Padilla and wife , DeLan, Alisha Saiz, and Carly Saiz; nine great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Visitation will be Friday, February 13, 2015, from 10:100 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 820 Broadway SE with a Rosary to be recited at 10:30 a.m.; Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m., Father Sean Garrity, presider. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Pallbearers Patricio Padilla, Matthew LaCour, Lucas Vega, Jacob Lesperance, Dominic Padilla, and Miguel Benavidez. Honorary pallbearers Jessica LaCour, Melanie Padilla, Alisha Saiz, and Carly Saiz.
