Leo Chavez

Leo Frank Chavez, age 57, a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on January 31, 2021. Mr. Chavez is survived by his son, Eric Chavez; grandchildren, Eric ll, Iziah, and Serenity Chavez; mother, Theresa Chavez; father, Leo R. Chavez; siblings, Pearl Rael and husband, Rudy, Karen Montoya and husband, Joseph; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mr. Chavez was preceded in death by his wife, Maria D. Chavez and son, Leo T. Chavez. Visitation will be at 7:00p.m. on Wednesday, February 10, 2021 in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel 1000 Old Coors Dr. S.W. A Mass of Christian Burial will on Thursday, February 11, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at San Felipe de Neri Catholic Church in Old Town. Interment will follow the Mass at Mt. Calvary Cemetery 1900 Edith Blvd NE. Pall bearers will be, Joseph Montoya, Isaac Romero, Thomas Gomez, Marcus Garcia, Roberto Chavez. Honorary Pallbearers will be Rudy Rael, Nick Chavez, and Eric Chavez.
