Louis Armijo

d. November 25, 2015   Louis Joe Armijo, age 91, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on Wednesday, November 25, 2015.  Mr. Armijo is survived by his wife of sixty-seven years,  Margaret;  three children, Louis Armijo Jr., Jeanette Chavez and husband, Bob, Carolyn Carmona and husband, Leroy; two sisters, Clara and husband, Joe, Patsy and husband, Floyd; two brothers, Julian and Telesfor; eight grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  Mr. Armijo was preceded in death by his son, Rick Armijo; and daughter in law, Rose Armijo.  Mr. Armijo was a lifelong member of the Catholic Church.  He was a Veteran of the U.S. Army, serving during World War ll, Company L, 60th Infantry. Visitation will be Thursday, December 3, 2015 from 9:00 a.m. until 9:30 a.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 9:30 a.m. at Santuario de San Martin de Porres Catholic Church, 8321 Camino San Martin S.W; Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. A Committal Service will be Friday, December 4, 2015 at 1:30 p.m. at the Santa Fe National Cemetery.
