Manuel Paul Barreras, age 63, born in Bernalillo, New Mexico and a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on February 15, 2021. Mr. Barreras is survived by his wife of twenty-two years, Bertha Barreras; one daughter, Barbara Ingle and husband, Rich Sr.; five sisters, Janet Montoya Hernandez, Renee Guerra and husband, Gerald, Marlene Jaramillo and husband, Orlando, Cathy Romero and husband, Freddie, Connie Holman and husband, Scott; five grandchildren, Ethan, Richard Jr., Makayla, Braxton, Matthew; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mr. Barreras served his country proudly in the United States Navy for twenty-one years in which he retired from. He had a love for hunting and riding his Harleys. He was a huge Dallas Cowboys fan. A visitation will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 25, 2021 at Our Lady of Belen Catholic Church 101 N. 10th St. in Belen, New Mexico. A Rosary will be recited by Manny Trujillo at 9:30 a.m. with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. with Father Albert presiding. Interment will follow the Mass at Our Lady of Belen Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Rich Ingle Sr., Richard Ingle Jr., Josh Cordova, Rick De La Rosa, Catalina Garcia, Chris Montoya.
