Manuel V Garcia, age 93, born in Trinidad, Co and a resident of Albuquerque passed away at home surrounded by his loving family Saturday, August 01, 2015. Mr. Garcia is survived by his loving wife of 71 years, Soila Garcia; seven children, Frank Garcia and wife, Priscilla, Linda Cooper and husband, John, Michael Garcia and wife, Florinda, Virginia Garcia, Nancy Ortega and husband, Frank, Bobbie Sanchez and husband, Raymond,Trina Aragon and husband Michael; 21 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mr. Garcia was preceded in death by his daughter, MaryAnn Avery; son, Jerry Garcia; and six siblings, Paul V Garcia, Julia Rodriguez, Ernest V Garcia, Isabelle Vialpando, Mary Garcia, Lucy Garcia, Nate V Garcia. Visitation will be Wednesday, August 05, 2015 from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel with a Memorial Service at 11:00 a.m., Deacon Manuel Montoya, presider and a eulogy will be given by Lupe Watson and Stephen Labombard. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery with Graveside Service by Brother Milton Lopez. Urn bearer will be John Vigil.
