SANDOVAL, MARCOS G., age 88, born in Waldo, NM and a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on April 6, 2014. Mr. Sandoval is survived by his children, Carmelita (Carm) Chavez, Anita Espinosa and husband, Luis (Bobby), Jose Marcos Sandoval and fiancee, Maryann Dapo; six grandchildren, Josephine Baca and husband, Mike, Dominic Marcos Sandoval, Nicholas Espinosa, Francesca Elena Chavez, Adam Espinosa, Amanda Alicia Espinosa; great-grandchildren, Aiden Stauffer, Marcos Eloy Baca, Luis Nicholas Baca; special friends who provided loving care, Liz Garcia, Anabel Ramos and family, Teresa Brito and family; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Mr. Sandoval was preceded in death by his wife, Stella; and many brothers and sisters. Visitation will be Thursday, April 10, 2014 at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 5415 Fortuna NW 9:45 until 10:15 a.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 10:15 a.m. by Dan and Rose Lopez; Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Pallbearers will be his grandchildren. Honorary pallbearers will be Bobby Espinosa, Mike Baca, Tino Apodaca, Cruz Padilla, Hector Ramos, Nick Baca and the great-grandchildren.
