    Mary Jean Padilla, age 89, born in Fort Lupton, CO, a former resident of Albuquerque, passed away in Winona, MN, Monday, June 01, 2015 is now in heaven and in the presence of Our Lord. Mary Jean is survived by her children, Michael Padilla and wife, Maryann, Manuel Sandoval, Lorraine Romero and husband, Vito Orozo, Joseph Romero, Shirley Sobtzak and husband, Al, John Paul Padilla and wife, Charlene, and Dorothy Duran; brother, Johnny Ortega; grandchildren, Margaret, Tony, Rene, Deborah, Mondo, Kristopher, Melissa, Michelle, Michael, Terri, Joseph, Stephanie, Andy, and Paul; ten great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Mary Jean was preceded in death by her sisters, Lucy and Josephita; and brothers, Ralph, John, and Michael. Visitation will be Monday, June 08, 2015 from 6:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.in the Gabaldon Memorial Chapel with a Rosary to be recited at 7:00 p.m.   Final visitation will be Tuesday, June 09, 2015 from 10:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at San Ignacio Catholic Church, 1300 Walter NE with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Rene Romero, Kristopher Padilla, Andy Padilla, Paul Duran, Melissa Montoya, and Margaret Yniguez. The family request that donations be made in the name of Mary Jean Padilla to the Alzheimer's Foundation, 225 N. Michigan Ave. floor 17, Chicago, IL 60601 or at www.alz.org
