Mercy Brown, age 68, born in Garfield, NM and a resident of Albuquerque, passed away Monday, August 08, 2016. Mercy is survived by her son, Don Brown and wife, Estelle; daughter, Cynthia Sanchez and husband, Daniel; brother, Antonio Ramon Vaquera and wife, Tomasita; seven grandchildren, Veda Brown, Eva, Deanna, Marissa, Jacob, Christiana, and Noah; a dear friend who was considered a sister, Julia Ruiz and husband, Pat; and many other extended family members.  Visitation will be Friday, August 12, 2016 at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 5415 Fortuna Rd. SW from 7:45 a.m. until 8:15 a.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 8:15 a.m.; Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m.  Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be  Daniel Sanchez, Jacob Birk, Patrick Ruiz, Mario Ruiz, James Archibeque, and Pedro Vaquera.
