Nasario David Jimenez, age 88, born in Palomas, NM, passed away Thursday, February 18, 2016 at home with his family at his side. Mr. Jimenez is survived by his beloved wife of sixty-five years, Theresa;  daughters, Yvonne Jimenez and Dennis Chavez, and Margaret Montano; grandchildren, Pamela Montano-Salas, Christina Sandoval and wife, Melissa, and Carlos Montano Jr. and wife, Raellen;  great-grandchildren, Andre Montano, Landen Sandoval and one on the way, Malakai; many nieces, nephews, and friends.  Visitation will be Sunday, February 21, 2016 from 3:30 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at Santuario de San Martin Catholic Church, 8321 Camino San Martin SW with a Rosary to be recited at  4:00 p.m.   Final visitation will be Monday, February 22, 2016 from 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at the Church with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m.  Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be  Manuel Chavez, Carlos Montano Jr., Pamela Montano-Salas, Christina Sandoval, Eric Aragon, and Austin Lucero.
