GONZALES III, NICHOLAS (NICK) P., age 50, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away Friday, January 09, 2015. Nick is survived by his mother, Mamie M. Maestas; daughter, Colleen Gonzales-Galaviz and husband, Carl; son, Nick P. Gonzales; sister, Nancy Martinez and husband, Anthony; brothers, Bobby Gonzales and wife Tommie, Jimmy Gonzales and wife, Jennifer; five grandchildren, and one on the way; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Nick was preceded in death by his father, Nicholas M. Gonzales Jr. Visitation will be Friday, January 16, 2015 from 9:15 a.m. until 10:15 a.m. at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 5415 Fortuna NW with a Rosary to be recited at 10:15 a.m. by Delfina Gonzales; Mass of Christian will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. The family requests in lieu of flowers, donations be made to A.L.S. research or a homeless shelter of your choice.
