Nora Chavez

Nora (Gurule) Chavez, age 91, born in Peralta New Mexico and a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on December 9, 2021. Mrs. Chavez is survived by her sisters, Beth Sanchez, Dora Lorenzo and husband, John, Rosella Candelaria; nieces and nephews, Linda Marquez, Theresa Elrod and husband, John, Lisa Garcia, Arthur Garcia, Joseph, Pam Lorenzo, Diane, Angela, Joanna, Liz, Janet, Donna and husband, Bill, Robert Sanchez, Brian, David Garcia, Paul Garcia, Jerry; many other grand-nieces and grand-nephews cousins, friends and extended family members. She was preceded in death by John-John Lorenzo, Timothy Dugan, Dorothy Dugan, Annie Garcia, Pete Gurule, Sara Garcia. Nora is proceeded in death by her parents Luis and Emelia Gurule. A Visitation for Mrs. Chavez will be held Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at 9:30am with a Mass to follow at 10:00am all to be held at San Felipe de Neri Catholic Church. A Burial to take place at Santa Fe National Cemetery at 12:45pm. Pallbearer will be Michael Marquez
