Orlando Lucero Jr.

Orlando Ronald Lucero Jr., age 49, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away on January 19, 2021. Mr. Lucero is survived by his daughter, Ashley Lucero Robinson and husband, Jordan; son, Nicholas Lucero; mother, JoAnn Lopez and husband, Ray; father, Orlando Lucero; sister, Barbara Palacios and husband, David; brothers, Alex Lucero and Epie Lucero and wife, Josette; one grandson, Duke Carter Robinson; Godson, Epie Lucero Jr.; girlfriend, Tammy Esquibel; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Mr. Lucero was preceded in death by his grandparents, Lauro and Crusita Gutierrez, and Julian and Veronica Lucero as well as many other loved ones. Visitation will be held at 5:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Gabaldon Morturay on Wednesday, January 27, 2021. A Rosary will be recited at 9:15a.m on Thursday, January 28, 2021 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 1860 Griegos Rd, N.W. A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00a.m also at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery 1900 Edith Blvd NE. Pallbearers will be David Palacios, Alex Gutierrez, Juan Vigil, Danny Trujillo, Nasario Gutierrez, Ernie Chavez. Honorary Pallbearers are, Darryn Flores, Jeff Powers, Michael Trujillo, Eddie Baca Sr.
