Patrick Martinez

Patrick G. Martinez, age 50, lifelong resident of Albuquerque, passed away Wednesday, July 25, 2018.  Patrick is survived by his fiancé, Laurie Martinez; son, Gary Martinez; parents, Charlie and Dorothy Martinez; siblings, Debbie Gurule and Chuck Martinez and wife, Caroline; step-children, Clarice and Chris; grandchildren, Gary, Gabriella, Margarita and Marisol; as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  Patrick was preceded in death by his grandparents, Sam and Candy Trujillo, Cleofes and Stella Martinez and Marcelina Abeyta.

Pat is no longer suffering, he is riding his Harley up in heaven, no pain or suffering, exclaiming, “I can finally rest and watch the Cowboys!”

A visitation will be held, Monday, July 30, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. at Santuario de San Martin de Porres Catholic Church, 8321 Camino San Martin SW with a Rosary to be recited at 10:30 a.m., Mass of Christian burial will follow at 11:00 a.m.  Interment will follow services at Mount Calvary Cemetery.  Pallbearers will be Charlie Martinez III, Isaac Gurule, Mike Gurule, Walter Gabaldon Sr., Jeremy Ortega and Chris Delgado.  Honorary pallbearers will be Clarice Delgado and Matthew Gurule.
