GOMEZ, PATSY L., age 85, a resident of Albuquerque, passed away Thursday, February 20, 2014. Patsy is survived by her nieces and nephews, Toni Treloar and husband, Joseph, Pete Gomez Jr., Theresa Gomez, Joanne Trujillo and husband, Dennis, Elsie Montoya and husband, Billy, Debra Gomez and Phillip Ortega; special friends, Sally Sisneros and Lucy Gonzales; her special pet companion, Chachi; and many other extended family and friends. Patsy was preceded in death by her parents, Tranquilino and Teodosia Gomez; brother, Pete Gomez; and sister in law, Mabel Gomez. She was a member of the Catholic Church and a member of the Our Lady of Guadalupe Choir for eighteen years. Visitation will be Sunday, February 23, 2014 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 1860 Griegos Rd. NW from 2:30 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. with a Rosary to be recited at 3:00 p.m. Final visitation will be Monday, February 24, 2014 at the Church from 8:30 a.m. until 8:45 a.m. with Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 9:00 a.m., Father Joe Vigil, presider. Interment will follow at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Marcus Trujillo, Steven Montoya, Michael Montoya, Michael Zamora, Dennis Valdez and Joseph Gomez.
