Petrita Gutierrez

Petrita A. Gutierrez (Garcia), age 89, born in Canon de Jemez, New Mexico and resident of Albuquerque, passed away Tuesday, October 16, 2018.  Mrs. Gutierrez is survived by her beloved husband, Arturo; children, Elsie Saenz and husband, Steve, Kathy Montoya and husband, David, Art Gutierrez and Brenda Garcia, John Gutierrez, Patricia Florez and husband, Paul, Roberta Gutierrez; sister, Tere Trujillo and husband, Lupe; fourteen grandchildren, thirty great-grandchildren; and many brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  Mrs. Gutierrez was preceded in death by her great-granddaughters, Shambrae Garcia and Mia Faith Saenz.

A visitation will be held Monday, October 22, 2018 from 8:00 a.m. until 8:30 a.m. at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church, 5415 Fortuna Rd. NW with a Rosary to be recited at 8:30 a.m.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 9:00 a.m. Interment will follow services at Mount Calvary Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Stephen Saenz Jr., Gabriel Montoya, Erica Gutierrez, Christopher Flores, Arturo Gutierrez and Daniel Becerra.  Honorary Pallbearers will be Joshua Vallez and Angelo Garcia.
