Prospero Toledo

d. January 04, 2016Prospero Toledo, age 90, born in Peralta, NM and a resident of Albuquerque, passed away Monday, January 04, 2016. Mr. Toledo is survived by his wife of sixty four years, Rachel;  children, Virginia Chavez and husband, Johnnie, Richard Toledo and wife, Patty, Edward Toledo and wife, Loretta, James Toledo and wife, Betty, Randall Toledo and wife, Mary Louise; sisters, Soila Moya, Nora Gallegos, and Evangeline Rodgers; brothers, Joe B. Toledo, and Joe M. Toledo; fourteen grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren; and many other dear and loving extended family members. Mr. Toledo was a Veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, serving during WWII.  Visitation will be Friday, January 8, 2016 will be from 8:00 a.m. until 8:20 a.m. at St. Anne Catholic Church, 1400 Arenal Rd. S.W. with a Rosary to be recited at 8:20 a.m.; Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 9:00 am. A Committal Service will be at the Santa Fe at a later date.
