Ramon Rodriguez

Ramon Rodriguez, age 91, a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, passed away on January 20, 2024. Mr. Rodriguez is survived by his wife of sixty-nine years, Virginia Rodriguez; children, Pat Rodriguez-Pastor and husband, Rod, Gloria Chavez and Arnold Maxwell, Ramon Ray Rodriguez Jr.; granddaughter, Monica Chavez, and Joseph Sullivan; grandson, Michael Chavez and wife, Natalie; great-granddaughters, Deja Wright and husband, Charles, AJ Sandoval, Tiffany Vigil; great-grandsons, Louie Chavez Sullivan, Ivan Chavez Sullivan; sister, Tina Carrillo; special nephew, Mike Rodriguez, special niece, Theresa Carrillo; several nieces, nephews, and extended family. A special thanks to the staff at Ladera Nursing home, Bobby Martinez, Amber Gonzalez, Jordan, and Rebecca. Mr. Rodriguez served his country proudly and was honorably discharged from the United States Army. A Visiation for Mr. Rodriguez will be celebrated on Thurday, Febuary 1, 2024, at 8:00am with a Rosary to be recited at 8:30am and a Mass to follow at 9:00am all to be held at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church 820 Broadway Blvd SE, with interment to follow the services with military honors at Mt. Calvary Cemetery 1900 Edith Blvd NE. Pallbearers will be, Eric Casias, Dominic Garcia, Damion “Huero”, Ralph Gonzales, Gabriel Gonzales, Prospero Chavez. Honorary Pallbearers will be, Ivan Chavez Sullivan, Louie Chavez Sullivan, Jesus Trujillo, Mike Rodriguez, Frankie Carrillo, Tiffany Vigil, AJ Sandoval, Joseph Sullivan, Paul Armijo, Arnold Maxwell, Raul Gonzales and Vince Rodriguez.
