Raymond Augustine Aragon,” Mickey Mouse” gained his wings on Saturday, November 20, 2021, at 8:15 p.m. He was born on February 2, 1962, to Martina P. Aragon in Roswell, New Mexico. He lived most of his life in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He was a diehard Dallas Cowboys fan and loved his pets as family. Although he didn’t live a perfect life, he always believed in Our Lord Jesus Christ and gave his life to him. He is survived by his stepdad, Nasareno Reymundo Paz; three sisters, Guadalupe Aragon-Lucero, Helen Paz, Elizabeth Paz and spouse, Elbert Standlee. He also had one special person he called sister, Roberta Roybal and spouse Paul; Godson, Charlie Maldonado Jr.; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He had a special bond with his nephew, Darren Davis that will forever be unbreakable. He was preceded in death by his mother, Martina P. Aragon; cousin/brother, Alan Montoya and many aunts, uncles and other family members that went before him. A Celebration of life for Raymond will be held Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at 11:00am located at Tower Road Baptist Church 601 86th St. SW 87121. Officiating will be Nathaniel Jaramillo. There will be refreshments after the Celebration of Life at the church. Burial will be held Thursday, December 30, 2021 at 11:00am at South Park Cemetery located at 3101 S. Main St. in Roswell, NM 88203. There will be refreshments after the Burial at Fraternal Order of Eagles 3201 Sunset Avenue in Roswell, NM 88203.
