Richard Ayala, age 70, died peacefully surrounded by family and friends. Rick is survived by his wife of Forty years, Kathy; daughter Amanda Ortiz and husband Juan, and grandson Aiden Ortiz; siblings, Michael Ayala, Rita Grimes and husband Stuart, Patrick Ayala and wife Iliana, Ernie Ayala and wife Marilyn, Christine Flores and husband Oscar, Anna Zamora and husband Earl. Rick will be missed by many. A Rosary for Mr. Ayala will be recited on Wednesday, February 5, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. with a Mass to follow at 9:30 a.m. all to be held at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church located at 820 Broadway Blvd SE, Albuquerque, NM 87102.
