Richard Lee Sanchez, age 57, lifelong resident of Albuquerque, passed away Saturday, November 18, 2017 with his family by his side. Mr. Sanchez is survived by his beloved wife, Isabel; mother, Mary Pohl; siblings, Deseree Martinez and husband, Arturo, Rudy Sanchez, Daniel Sanchez, Carmen Sanchez, Carol Galarneau and husband, James; godson, Jose Martinez; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A visitation will be held Wednesday, November 22, 2017 from 9:30 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. at Holy Child Catholic Church, 19 Camino del Santo Nino, in Tijeras, NM with a Rosary to be recited at 10:00 a.m.; Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. with interment to follow at Escobosa Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jacob Lopez, Emilio Martinez, Jose Martinez, , James Galarneau, Rudy Sanchez, David Pohl, Billy Castillo and Michael Pohl.
